Cancellations and Refunds Policy

1.1 Cancellation

• You shall not be entitled to cancel the order once you have received the confirmation of the same from us.
• You shall not be entitled to cancel the order once it has been stitched.
• If we are not able to process your order, you will be entitled to cancel the entire order.
• In case the order is cancelled, we shall deliver it to you free of cost if we have collected the material from you.
• We have rights to cancel your order in following cases:
  • Failure to contact you at the time of confirming your order.
  • If your address is outside the serviceable area offered by us.

1.2 Refunds

• Our decision on refunds shall be at our sole discretion and shall be final and binding.
• You will not be required to pay us for the order where the packaging has been damaged by us.
